One Piece Pool, Stainless Steel Finished

Our superior high quality one piece pool shell is stucturally self supporting and suitable for in-ground or above-ground installation. It can be manufactured to support a suspended floor if required. The pool walls and floor are fabricated from 316L marine grade stainless steel which is precision cut for stainless steel fittings. The box section support structure is fabricated from 304 grade stainless steel. The shell is internally welded to produce a seamless watertight finish. A range of matt and polished finishes are available. The pool shell is delivered to site, connection ready for a speedy installation.

Panel System Pool, Stainless Steel Finished

Our superior high quality panel system pool is stucturally self supporting and suitable for in-ground or above-ground installation. It can be manufactured to support a suspended floor if required. The pool walls and floor are fabricated from 316L marine grade stainless steel which is precision cut for stainless steel fittings. The support structure is fabricated from 304 grade stainless steel. The floor and panels are assembled, welded and finished on site. All seams are internally welded to produce a watertight shell with a seamless floor and uniform wall seams. The stainless steel walls and floors are treated to create a random orbital matt finish.

FABRICATION OPTION 3
Panel System Pool, Finished With A PVC Liner

Our luxury liner panel system pool is stucturally self supporting and suitable for in-ground or above-ground installation. It can be manufactured to support a suspended floor if required. The pool wall panels and support structure are fabricated from 304 grade stainless steel which is precision cut for a wide range of pool fittings. The precision engineered panels are bolted together and fixed to a concrete base which forms the pool floor. The panels and floor is then lined with a high quaility, luxury PVC pool liner. The liner is available in a wide range of colours and effects. Liner samples are available on request.

Lighter, Versatile & More Cost-Effective
Traditional construction materials are heavier than Castillo pools. Lowering the weight reduces foundation requirements, lower costs and makes installation so much easier in sloping sites, rooftops and restricted spaces. As a modular structural system there is no need for heavy equipment or support in the form of back-fill or concrete, resulting in a cleaner less expensive install.
The clever design requires fewer people and materials. All components can be installed using hand held tools eliminating the need for heavy construction equipment and specialist personnel on site.

With the application of insulation to the back of the panels the UValue ratings will meet or exceed building regulation requirements.
High Quality & Sustainable Materials
We use only high quality certified 304 and 316 grade stainless steel. It is a durable anti corrosive high performance material that maintains its integrity even after decades of use. Stainless steel is one of the most environmentally friendly materials used in manufacturing and is 100% recyclable. It has a low maintenance cost, is energy efficient and lasts a lifetime. The recycled content for a new stainless steel sheet is between 65% and 80%.
Watertight
Stainless steel does not crack. The precision fit of the panel system is completely watertight.

A self-supporting structure combined with a suspended floor creates an under-croft around the pool shell making access for maintenance and upgrading simpler, quicker and less costly, avoiding the need to disturb finished floors and future proofing your pool.
